Information Apa, run by the National Women's Organization under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs: The Women Empowerment Project through Information Communication Technology is implemented in the first phase from July 2011 to December 2015 with the aim of building a digital Bangladesh. In the first phase of the project, 13 information centers were set up in the following 13 upazilas:
